  ANSWERS from the Experts!!

Question: What is the average turn around time from the time a seller and buyer agree on a transaction?  I understand it depends on the size and difficulty of the deal, but on average how long before start to close?

Answer: Once we have an agreement (Offer to purchase signed by both parties) we start the closing process, meaning due diligence, removal of contingencies, securing financing, environmental studies, etc.  The length of time depends on the financing and the due diligence period.  Usually we can get a deal commercially financed within 60 days of a signed agreement.  With seller financing, we can usually get the deal within a month.
